• Build and maintain end-to-end ML infrastructure including data pipelines, distributed training, model evaluation, and deployment on cloud GPU clusters.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate product requirements into practical AI solutions and quantifiable performance metrics.

Provided enterprise-level technical support for Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, serving global enterprise customers.

• Troubleshot and resolved complex software distribution, patch management, and OS deployment issues across large-scale enterprise environments.
• Implemented and tuned group policies, compliance settings, and security baselines for global enterprise clients.
• Led cross-functional root cause analysis and implemented preventive measures, reducing recurring incidents.
• Authored internal knowledge base articles and best-practice guides adopted across the global support team.
